RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

Neuroot Kava is a dietary supplement intended to support your body’s natural resources. It is not intended to diagnose, prevent, treat, or cure any disease and has not been evaluated by the FDA. Consult a healthcare professional before use if you have liver issues, frequently consume alcohol, are taking medications, or are pregnant or nursing. Individual results may vary.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.. Refunds or exchanges are not available after this 30-day period. Only the purchase price of the item is eligible for a refund; original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error is on our part.

How to Return an Item

Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition to be eligible for return, except in cases of a manufacturer defect. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.

Include a signed letter explaining the reason for the return and the original receipt. If you purchased from an authorized reseller, contact that reseller directly to process your return. This policy does not apply to purchases from unauthorized resellers, including unauthorized sellers on Amazon, eBay, or other third-party marketplaces.

EXCHANGES

Unopened items in their original condition are eligible for exchange for another item of equal or lesser value or for store credit.
